Welcome to The Wellness Sage

My mess is my message!

Greetings everyone, and before I go any further, here’s a quick disclaimer I need to share with you all.

Just wanted to throw that in, now on with the introductions.

My name is Rad Dyner, and this website is all about my journey of self-improvement. I know that no one else can do it for me.

Who am I, and what makes me unique?

I’m a burn survivor since the age of 2. Burn survivors often feel like outcasts, but I’m not here for pity or special treatment. Deep down, we’re all unique. Honestly, I’ve gotten used to it, but it’s complicated to explain why. I tend to overthink a lot, or maybe I think too much about overthinking.

Fear has shaped many unusual situations in my life, especially my need for validation. It held me back and made me miss many opportunities. I’ll share more as I update my page, but for now, feel free to subscribe to my blog to keep up with my thoughts.

As an artist and actor, I play various instruments, sing, and can even recite long paragraphs if needed. I want to connect with people who think like me and inspire or entertain anyone who feels stuck. I just want to help you enjoy life instead of giving up. Your life is valuable, so stay here and see what happens.

I hope to find inspiration in this process as I share my world with yours. You’re welcome to join me, and I really hope you do. I’m looking forward to it all.

My goal: to make a positive impact in this world.

Positive Impact

I’ll be discussing topics like health (depression, skin issues, gut problems, nutrition, etc.), music creation, and more. Some actions will be necessary for the growth of this blog. I also have a passion for traveling and will share my views on various trending topics, unedited Vlogs, and more.

I’m eager to dive into how creativity works with personal growth. These two areas often go hand in hand, and I believe that creating art can be healing. Whether through painting or playing guitar, I want to build a community that supports exploration and trying new things.

If this interests you, consider following this page. I also invite you to connect with me on my YouTube channel and other social media (coming soon).
