Why 21 Days?

Because anything less is just a good intention.

Most people have goals. Few people have systems. And even fewer show up when it’s hard, when the camera is unflattering, when the tools break down, when life gets in the way.

That’s exactly why 21 days matter.

The Science

Your brain is not fixed. It is constantly rewiring itself based on what you repeatedly do. Neuroscientists call this neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to form new pathways through consistent behaviour.

21 days won’t make you perfect. But it will make you different.

It is long enough to feel the shift. Short enough to commit to. And hard enough to mean something when you finish.

The Reality

Day 1 is easy. Excitement carries you.

Day 3 is when the excuses start.

Day 7 is when most people quietly stop.

Day 14 is when something clicks.

Day 21 is when you realize you are no longer the same person who started.

The person who finishes a 21 day challenge is not the person who began it. That gap — between who you were and who you became — that is the whole point.

Why I’m Doing This

I am almost 50. I have muscle tension dysphonia. I film on an 8-year-old phone. I have no gym equipment and no crew.

I have every reason to wait until conditions are perfect.

But conditions are never perfect. And waiting is just quitting in slow motion.

So I show up. Every single day. On camera. Unfiltered. Real.

Not because it’s easy — because it’s necessary.

Why You Should Too

You don’t have to start a YouTube channel. You don’t have to run. You don’t have to do what I do.

But pick something. Anything. And commit to 21 days.

21 days of drinking more water. 21 days of walking. 21 days of writing. 21 days of saying no to what no longer serves you.

The challenge is not the point. The showing up is the point.

What’s Coming

This website will document not just my 21-day challenge — but everything that comes after it. The lessons. The setbacks. The growth. The next challenge.

Because once you finish 21 days, you don’t stop. You raise the bar.

Subscribe to the YouTube channel to follow the journey in real time, and come back here for the deeper conversation.

Be the change you wish to see. 🌟
