My Story
Not Perfect. Not Polished. Real.
I’m Rad. Burn survivor. Three years living with Muscle Tension Dysphonia — that’s why my voice sounds the way it does. No job. Rebuilding from zero. This is my honest document.

FAQs
What is muscle tension dysphonia?
MTD is a voice disorder caused by excessive muscle tension in and around the larynx. It affects how my voice sounds — making it strained or weak. I’ve been living with it for three years and I show up anyway.
How did you start doing handstands?
On August 31st, I decided to start — no gym, no equipment, almost 50. I’ve been doing them every single consecutive day since. Day 269 and counting.
Are you a certified coach?
I’m not the polished kind of coach. I’m the real kind — someone who has lost everything and is rebuilding from zero. Burn survivor. MTD. No job. My lived experience is my qualification.
